Which product should I start with? +

If you want to test the methodology before committing, start with the Career Audit Checklist (KES 600) — it will tell you exactly which areas of your career need attention. If you are ready to build a complete career portfolio, go straight to the Workbook (KES 3,500). If you know you need accountability and community, the Accountability Circle is the fastest path to results.

How is the Workbook different from the individual guides? +

The individual guides are focused tools — each one solves a specific problem. The Workbook is the complete PRISM system in one document: six chapters, all five pillars, 30+ exercises, 12 accountability checkpoints, and a complete integrated career portfolio by the final page. If the guides are individual instruments, the Workbook is the whole orchestra.

I already have a coach. Can I use these products alongside coaching? +

Absolutely — they are designed for exactly that. The Workbook includes coaching conversation guides in every chapter that your existing coach can use to deepen the work. Many coaches use the PRISM Workbook as a structured framework alongside their own sessions.

Can I pay by M-Pesa? +

Yes. All digital products are available on Selar, which accepts M-Pesa as a primary payment method. For coaching programmes, payment plans are also available — contact us to discuss the structure that works for you.

Do I need to be in Kenya to work with Sylvia? +

No. The digital products are accessible globally, and coaching sessions are conducted over Zoom. While the content is built with the Kenyan and African professional market specifically in mind, clients join from across East Africa, the diaspora, and internationally.

How long does the full PRISM process take? +

At your own pace with the Workbook, most professionals complete it in 4–8 weeks if they dedicate 2–3 hours per week. In the 1:1 coaching programme, the full journey takes 3 months. The Accountability Circle runs over 6 focused weeks. Results begin appearing before you finish — the Career Signature alone changes your next professional conversation.

Is there a job search guide available? +

Yes — the "So You Are Looking for a Job? What Do You Have to Offer?" guide is a 10-step job search strategy guide available as a digital download. It covers everything from value positioning and CV writing to interview strategy and salary negotiation — built specifically for Kenyan professionals.
